The writer took the two psychometric tests.In the first time, she deliberately went to the testing place early so as to calm herself down, however, the result of test is not pleasant. She thought she was careful and industrious, and she was shy and a bit over-anxious to be thought creative, but the result showed that she had no eye to detail, and was a forceful individual.In the second time, the testing time was longer, content was more thorough as well as the profile was more accurate. It showed her eye for detail and a trouble without meeting deadlines.She didn’t think that the psychometric test was worthy to take, but if she refused to accept this kind of test, the interviewer would judge she was peculiar and eccentric without accepting objective things.She was very suspicious of 10-min tests that could generalize one person. She prefered to a psychometric test on the phone call without any following discuss. She also prefered to a face to face interview. In my opinion, I hold that anything has two sides, bad thing and good thing. Both of sides almost exist in anytime. We should take an objective judge to measure, try our best to accept valuable portion. Don’t pay attention to negative emotion.
