I have been Toronto for three month and half.

As you mentioned, there are too many difference in culture, customs, rituals and so on between Canada and China. But, compared with China, the similar requirements are asked by the employers of Canada. Every employee should to be collaborative in the teamwork, and be admired for their promptness in the workplace. Your boss always expects you can achieve a valuable task by minimizing cost.

I hope I will have a actual Canadian experience when my English is ready.
